Our program opens access to land, mentorship, and shared infrastructure designed to empower the next generation of land stewards, removing pesticides and only using organic practices.
Developed Land
Ready-to-grow plots for small-scale producers, market gardeners and herbalists. This land has been farmed previously with row crops, is enclosed by a deer fence and is ready to be planted. We offer support in establishing your dreams from soil remediation to irrigation support.

Undeveloped Land
One space for larger-scale regenerative projects, perennial food forests, and experimental systems. Irrigation lines need to be established and these plots have not been farm before. Soil will need to be disced and potentially amended depending upon your needs. Up to 2 acre plots are available.
